We participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region. 

If your insurance plan is not shown, please call our office for further information! We may be in-network with your specific insurance policy!

Payment Policy

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.

Please note that all payments must be rendered at the time of service. We accept payment by cash, check or by card.

Questions about your bill

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

After your appointment, we will bill your insurance plan. When your claim has been processed, your insurance company will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which will explain the amount billed for the appointment, the amount your insurance company paid to the provider, and the amount you are responsible for.

I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill but I can’t understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we will be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.
